Akashdeep is a professional trainer and facilitator who provides valuable support to both management and employees of various organizations in the field of labour law compliance and worker voice initiatives. Currently, he is a deputy manager at Inosculation Hub, where he conducts gender sensitisation workshops, data-driven research, and training programs and workshops on topics such as POSH, labour compliance, and employee engagement.

Anamika Kundu is a Political Science professional with an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from Delhi University. Currently, she is a deputy manager at Inosculation Hub, where she conducts gender sensitisation workshops, data-driven research, and training programs and workshops on topics such as POSH, labor compliance, and employee engagement.

Saumya Singh completed her Master’s in Development Studies from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Her interests include social development, labour and gender-related issues, research, and public policy. At Inosculation Hub Pvt. Ltd., she is keen to contribute to promoting responsible labour practices, compliance, and better working conditions through research, learning, and capacity building.
