Gender Sensitization

Inosculation hub is involved with global and domestic brands to facilitate and undertake training sessions aimed at inculcating principles of gender sensitization and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at workplace. We are currently facilitating sessions in multiple industries spread across the country. Inosculation Hub is playing a key role as a Training and Development Partner of said brands in the area of Gender Sensitization.
Project Salahe
The word ‘Salahe’ comes from the southern Indian language Kannada and means ‘suggestion’. Project Salahe was conceptualized as part of Super Dry’s Respect and Dignity programme. Its primary objectives are to ensure equal voices, equal treatment, and improved worker well-being. Adhering to Indian Labour Code Principles, the program provides training and awareness to management, supervisors, and workers in five key areas:
- Curbing corruption
- Conflict management
- Effective grievance redressal mechanisms
- Interpersonal relationship management
- Prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace (POSH)
Through effective grievance redressal, issues such as canteen food quality, cafeteria hygiene, use of suggestion boxes, and the nature of committee meetings have been addressed.
GRM APP - INHUB BUDDY
- GRM app is developed in-house by Inhub Team
- GRM app is a web-based app where workers can register grievances online, anonymously or non anonymously in their local language
- App generates tracking number which is then will be used by the workers to track stage of grievance
- Each grievance is allocated to relevant personnel in HR department
- If not resolved within time frame it is then escalated to next level in GRM and can go up to head of organization
- Through Dashboard, types of grievances, resolved and unresolved grievances can be tracked
- Workers will be able to rate satisfaction once grievance is resolved
